We would like to grow with our customers in a sustainable way, customers' priority is always at heart of our strategy since it drives us forward. As a chemical company, we contribute to society with our customers and partners by helping produce clean and healthy foods, personal care products, affordable valuable medicines, consumer products etc, while in other hand, what can't be neglected, the production and business activities(production and use of chemicals) contribute to climate changes, environmental protection problems, this is why we have to shift towards a more sustainable, carbon neutral society for which we are now actively engaged and do believe we can make a difference by our consistent efforts with our customers and partners.

We have already helped some customers adjust their raw materials needs by shifting to biobased solvents like Lactate esters, biobased building blocks ie. Succinic acid. Meanwhile, we also keep looking for alternative sources of biomaterials for our other products at a reasonable cost and customers don't have to change their production recipes and process.

Regulationi compliance is of vital importance for players in chemical industry since it involves multinational laws, standards and needs all relevant parties to take part in. We are also strengthening on our regulations and paperwork support to deal with the rising and more challenging requests from customers, compliance to various chemicals regulations is our ever-lasting goal and will always be part of our services for customers.
